The Road Rescue programme is a service being offered to our private comprehensive policyholders in some areas to ensure their security on the road in the event of any car emergency.

All major roadways islandwide
Question: What are the features of the Road Rescue REACT programme?
24 hour roadside assistance for you and your vehicle while on the road providing:-
1. On the spot minor repairs in case of car trouble (roadside only)
2. Wrecker/Ambulance services
*(1st Wrecker free up to $5000 for breakdown)
3. Accidents scene assistance
4. Courtesy transport to your intended destination
Who qualifies for this benefit?
All clients that have a private comprehensive policy to determine whether you qualify the prefix CP should appear before your policy number which is noted on your certificate of insurance.
When does the programme become effective?
Answer: The programme is effective immediately for all private comprehensive policyholders.
How soon after I have taken out a policy can I call Road Rescue REACT?
One week.
How long will this offer last?
There is no time limit.
Is the Road Rescue REACT benefit automatic once you have chosen the Premier Policy?
Yes.
Can persons get this benefit if they are not insured with JIIC?
Answer: No.
If all documents are in the car and it is stolen what information should be given to Road Rescue REACT?
Answer: Any one of policyholder name, or vehicle registration number or policy number.
Would person's insured under scheme policies be entitled to the Road Rescue REACT?
Yes. At the renewal of the policy this benefit will have to be specifically negotiated.
